POLICIES & CANCELLATION

NEW CLIENTS

New client bookings take a little extra TLC. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete your new client consent form. For lash appointments, please remove contact lenses prior to your appointment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will receive a call, email and/or text to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. This is required to avoid a 50% charge of service fee.

No Show clients will get charged the full payment of missed service.

SCHEDULING

​

While we do accept walk-ins, we recommend you schedule your appointment through our website or prior to you leaving the salon. Laser treatments/packages, makeup application and permanent makeup require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.  

​

We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This is to ensure we have all information and your experience and our technicians do not feel rushed. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, we offer you two options:

​

1.You may opt to shorten your treatment

​

2.You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge will be incurred.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

​

All product returns or exchanges must be unopened and unused and will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. 

Laser packages, services and Giella products are non-refundable after purchase.  All packages will expire a year after first session is redeemed.  Gift cards expire one year after purchase.

PRECAUTION & SAFETY

​

Cosmetic services can cause sensitivities and irritation, even with clients who have experienced a service successfully in the past.  Additionally, there are conditions which require an esthetician to take precaution while performing a service, or require an esthetician to refuse a service on a particular client for the client’s own well-being. Please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, and changes in skin care routine.

PRE LASER CARE

​

  • NO antibiotics two weeks before and after treatment

​

​

  • NO sun exposure including tanning beds, spray tans, and tanning lotions 

​

​

  • Two weeks before and after treatment, NO waxing, threading, or tweezing two weeks before treatment.

​

  • All areas being treated MUST be shaved the night before treatment. 

 

PRE MICROBLADING/PERMANENT MAKEUP CARE

​

  • NO antibiotics two weeks before and after treatment (Asprin, Motrin, Advil, Ibuprofen)

​​

​

  • No Coffee

​​

  • You are allowed Tylenol, Aleve, Naproxen
